1. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email or phone within the allowed time frame (if applicable).
Once services are activated/consumed, cancellations may not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
A processing fee of ₹0.50 (fifty paise) will be deducted from the refundable amount for each refund transaction.
